We’re always learning. From being the kid who didn’t like English to becoming director of studies in the largest language school in Canada, my journey is filled with lessons learned.
I started teaching English as a foreign language while I worked towards a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. The side job became a passion, and a vocation was found.
My teaching experience in classrooms in Brazil, Canada and Germany includes monolingual and multilingual groups of learners from a number of different countries and cultural backgrounds.
I hold a Cambridge CELTA, Cambridge DELTA M1, M2, and a C2 Proficiency, besides an IELTS. In addition, I have contributed to the creation of online learning content, textbooks and assessment for children, teenagers and adults, including a series for air-traffic controllers in Brazil.

- Certificate in English Language Teaching Adults (CELTA) – Cambridge English – pass with grade A
- Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2 Proficiency) – Cambridge ESOL Examinations
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) – Band 8.5
- BA in Journalism – UMESP
- Certificate in Creative, Critical and Design Thinking – McMaster University

How it works
Our classes are delivered online using a video-conference platform, such as zoom or teams. Class files are shared with students on Google Classroom and Google Drive.
One size doesn’t fit all. Our students have access to a personalized study plan, ongoing support and curated materials. The content of our classes grows organically out of the needs and interests of our learners.
